Binder Park Zoo

We made a road trip to the Binder Park Zoo to visit the new baby giraffes. Two baby boys were born in August! We saw one of the babies and he was super cute!

Apparently, giraffes like to eat something that looks like a graham cracker - yum!

Sunday Part 1: Meijer Gardens

We had a pretty busy Sunday. First, we visited the Meijer Gardens

for a family outing with Todd's co-workers.

We've been here plenty of times and the kids always get soaked.

This time, I dressed them in bathing suits and brought along towels and dry clothes.

Kendall took full advantage of the bathing suit!

Sunday Part 2: Townsend Park

On the way home from Meijer Gardens, we made an impromptu visit to Townsend Park.

Sunday Part 3: Singing / Dancing in the Rain

I used popsicles and the sprinkler as a bribe to leave Townsend Park.

By the time we got home and in suits, it started to rain...
