Brady Wins 1st Place!

Brady raced in another Pinewood Derby at our church.

The weight requirements were different for this race, so he needed a new car.

Trink the Traveler

Brady had a visitor for the weekend. He brought home Trink the Traveler from school. Trink has already visited many of Brady's classmates. Each family takes a few pictures of Trink's adventures and adds them to his little diary. Here are some pictures of the fun times we had with Trink.

We took Trink to Grand Haven to see Lake Michigan.

Kendall and I went to see Playhouse Disney Live.

When I told Kendall we were going, she said she wanted to talk to Mickey about visiting him at Disney World. Well, we did not get a chance to have a private chat with him!

Pinewood Derby

Brady participated in his first Pinewood Derby with the Young Adventure Guides.

Here is the track. Brady's orange race car is in lane 2.

He's waiting at the end of the track. His car came in 2nd place during this heat.

He ended up getting 10th place! Pretty good for his first time racing!

Snuggle Buddy

Brady has taken to sneaking into our room in the middle of the night. Sometimes it's nice to snuggle with him, but most of the time he sleeps like this...

Baby Gymnast!

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!

Yay for warm, sunny weather! I took Kendall and Zoë for a walk after lunch and it was fabulous! As we walked around the block, Kendall kept saying, "Mommy, I don't want to go home..." So, we played outside for a little while.

I think we both forgot that she had a little house out back!

Gymboree Art Class

Kendall and I met up with our friends Darcy and Charlie to check out an art class at Gymboree.
