Poker Face

We watched a YouTube video of a little boy dancing to Flo Rida. Brady was inspired and wanted to make his own video.

Kendall and Zoë were supposed to be his back up dancers, but it's hard to decide who was the star of the show here...

Kendall is in her jammies and Brady is in his bathing suit... He's normally quite shy, so I was surprised that he wanted to do this!

Hopscotch with Owen

Kendall's good buddy Owen taught her how to play hopscotch.

She's still working on her coordination. Instead of jumping on one foot, she'll jump with both feet and then kick the one foot up. So cute!

Pig Pen

Kendall takes getting messy to a whole new level. Here she is after an evening of playing with sidewalk chalk. She was covered in chalk dust from head to toe. We decided that her new nickname should be Pig Pen since she had a cloud of chalk dust following her...

She was filthy head to toe - not even exaggerating!

The Third of July!

Bostwick Lake shoots off their fireworks either the day before or day after the 4th. This year they were on the 3rd. We can see them from our driveway. This year, we got together with the Smiths, moved the firepit to the driveway and pulled up a few chairs. The firework display is decent. Every year, we joke about having to cut down some trees because they are obstructing our view. However, we can't complain because it's free and we don't have to travel very far!

A friendly guy who was visiting across the street gave us a cool fire tip. Take a copper tube, drill some holes and insert a piece of garden hose. When it burns, it makes cool colors!

Boom Boom Pow
