We found this fabulous splash park near my dad's house. We didn't have a bathing suit for Kendall, but she had a blast anyway!

Grand Haven 7/6/08

We had an action packed weekend and we capped it off with a trip to the beach.

5th of July!

Bostwick Lake had a firework show on July 5th. We invited the Fongers down to enjoy the show from our driveway.

Brady and Kylie loved the pre-fireworks sparklers.

Strawberry Picking!

I took the kids strawberry picking and Kendall sampled a berry or two...

Officially, we picked 8.5 lbs... I have no idea how many pounds Kendall ate (or smeared on her clothes!)

Story Time

Brady and Kendall were upstairs. I could hear them talking to each other on Kendall's baby monitor. I thought I would investigate... they had cleared the book shelves!

But, look how sweet they are reading books to each other!!

4th of July at the Zoo!

We went to the zoo on the 4th of July. Kendall loved that she didn't have to ride in a stroller. What a big girl!

I went for a ride on the zipline. It was sooooo much fun!



Crash landing... I kind of knocked the lady over.



Brady and I got to feed the stingrays. It felt really weird when they ate the food from your hand. I think I screamed each time.
