Kendall's New Crayon Bag!

Kendall received this super cute new crayon bag

from Uncle Jon and Aunt Jen.

The black stripe acrossed the middle is sewn

so that it can hold crayons.
It is also emroidered with her name.
What a great idea for a "restaurant" bag!

Kendall also enjoyed using it in our driveway...

I took Kendall for her first mani/pedi...

She's getting a little flower design painted on her toe.

Brady's Journal

At school, Brady writes in a journal several times per week. At the end of the month, his teacher sends it home for us to see. He loves drawing pictures, but the writing part is not his favorite task. Here are some entries from April...

This was his Monday entry after we went to the Griffin's game on 4/24.

I will translate since 1st graders are not focusing on proper spelling...

"On Friday, I went to the Griffins. They won Griffins 4 Wizards 1. Let's go Griffins!"

The Easter Bunny brought Brady an acoustic guitar...

"On Spring vacation, I got a real cool guitar. It looks awesome."

He drew a great picture of his guitar as well as the other instruments we have. Also, note the microphone stand and "Guns and Roses"... LOL!

Happy Mother's Day!

We celebrated Mother's Day with a picnic at the playground in Lake Odessa. It was a little cold and rainy, but that didn't stop us from having fun!
